Safe, Seen, Supported is a two-day, online therapeutic parenting intervention for parents and carers of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This specialised FASD training offers expert guidance, practical strategies, and a supportive space to help you navigate the unique challenges of parenting a child with FASD. Through interactive sessions and group discussions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your child’s needs, develop effective techniques to support their well-being, and connect with others on a similar journey.
This 3-hour CPD workshop supports professionals working with children and families to develop a deeper understanding of resistance in practice. Participants will explore resistance as meaningful communication shaped by trauma, attachment and power, and learn practical, relationship-based strategies to strengthen engagement and reduce escalation.
