Welcome to The Hub

The Hub has everything you need to know about working with Gateway Psychology. Whether you’re a new client or just want to learn more about us, you’ll find important documentation, handy jargon busters, latest articles and more. We have dedicated sections for children and young people too, helping them understand more about us in an accessible way.

Parents and carers

Visit our dedicated section for parents and carers to find out more about working with Gateway Psychology. You’ll find our introductory documentation here too, so you’ve always got them to hand when you need them.

Starting something new can be scary. You can find out more about Gateway Psychology (that’s us!) right here. Ask the person who looks after you for some help if you need it. There are some fun tips and activities to try too!

Young people

If you’re coming to see us for the first time, we know you might have some questions. Take a look through this section for more information about accessing our service, as well as articles and ideas to help support your mental health.

The ASF has been rebranded

The Adoption Support Fund (ASF) has now rebranded to the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF). This is to help ensure that more eligible kinship carers are aware of their ability to access this funding. The coincides with a recent publication by the Department for Education (DfE) of the Kinship Care Strategy.

ASGSF Outcome Measures

The Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund has announced that they will now be collecting outcome measures on a national basis. This means that all therapy cases will need an outcome measure. We will generally be using Thinking About Your Child – Revised. Contact us if you have any questions.

We’re Oustanding!

We are proud to be rated Outstanding by Ofsted (again) in our 2022 inspection. Thank you to our clients and commissioners for your support and time during our inspection. A special thank you to our team, who are at the heart of providing an outstanding service here at Gateway.
