Wheelchair access

The ground floor of our therapeutic facility is wheelchair accessible. We have a wheelchair-accessible toilet located on the ground floor, as well as comfortable therapy rooms.

Hearing & visual impairments

We have systems in place to support clients with hearing or visual impairments. We always work with our clients to help provide support in the most appropriate and accessible way.

Additional needs

Our team are experienced in working with a wide range of abilities and difficulties, including learning disabilities and ASD. We will always cater to your needs to the best of our ability.

Website accessibility

We designed our website with accessibility in mind. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) as much as possible and regularly test our web pages to ensure they adhere to the technical standards in WCAG 2.1. Language

Please note that our clinicians speak English, and we are only able to offer sessions in the English language at the moment. However, we have worked with interpreters in the past where necessary. Please contact us for more information.

Special Dietary Requirements

We offer a variety of hot and cold drinks to our clients before sessions. Some training courses include light snacks too*. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements as appropriate.

*Not applicable to virtual courses/sessions.

Discrimination statement

We will not tolerate any discrimination, harassment or victimisation towards our staff members or clients. If you have a concern or complaint, please submit this in writing to us. Our senior management team take complaints of this nature extremely seriously and will take the appropriate measures to resolve the situation.
