This is a genuinely varied role, offering exceptional clinical supervision, extensive training opportunities and the chance to develop the knowledge, skills and experience needed for a rewarding career in psychology.
Alongside your direct clinical work, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to research, service development, training and the creation of therapeutic resources, developing a broad range of skills that will support your future career. We actively encourage our Assistant Psychologists to build on their strengths, develop areas of interest and gain experience across assessment, consultation, intervention and evaluation under the guidance of experienced clinicians. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-based support to children, young people and families, with excellent clinical supervision and genuine opportunities for professional growth.
Experience working with children, young people and families is highly desirable, particularly within adoption, fostering, kinship care, residential care or education. We’re keen to hear from applicants with strong psychometric scoring, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, alongside an interest in trauma-informed practice.
