At Gateway Psychology, we’ve spent years working closely with residential care teams who are doing some of the most important – and often most complex – work with children and young people.

We know that when carers feel supported, children thrive. But we also know that residential care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every team, every setting, and every young person is different. That’s why we’re introducing our new Gold, Silver, and Bronze residential support packages – flexible, trauma-informed options designed to meet you where you are, and grow with you.

Includes:

  • Frequent, in-depth psychologist input
  • Support across care, culture, and team dynamics
  • Helps prepare for Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ and Regulation 44 success
  • Maintains compliance for therapeutic providers

🥈 Silver – Practical, focused support
For teams with a solid foundation in therapeutic care

Silver offers a balanced, cost-effective level of support for services that already have therapeutic practices in place but want help refining, developing, and strengthening what they’re doing.

Includes:

  • Regular psychologist input
  • Reflective spaces to build on existing strengths
  • Complements your current model
  • Supports continued improvement and inspection outcomes

🥉 Bronze – Steady, sustaining support
For confident, experienced teams wanting to maintain momentum

Bronze is ideal for teams who feel confident in their trauma-informed approach and are looking for ongoing input to keep practice strong and responsive over time – without overcommitting resources.

Includes:

  • Budget-friendly, light-touch input
  • Helps sustain therapeutic practice
  • Can enhance Ofsted & Regulation 44 outcomes with consistency
  • Not designed for services working toward Therapeutic status
  • Grounded in relationships, shaped by experience

All our packages are rooted in the principles of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and the PACE approach. That means our work is always relationship-first, trauma-informed, and focused on creating the emotional safety young people need to heal.

Whether you’re just beginning your therapeutic journey or are years into it, we want you to feel supported, resourced, and never alone in the work.
