                  Description

eTR-UST is a live online therapeutic parenting programme delivered by experienced clinical psychologists and psychological therapists from Gateway Psychology Ltd. The course supports parents and carers to develop a deeper understanding of how early experiences can impact a child’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, relationships and development.

Across 8 weekly sessions, participants explore topics including attachment, developmental trauma, emotional regulation, brain development and therapeutic parenting approaches. The programme combines theory with practical, compassionate strategies that can be used in everyday family life.

The course also provides a supportive space for reflection and shared learning alongside other parents and carers facing similar experiences.

                  Prerequisites

There are no formal pre-requisites for this course. eTR-UST is suitable for parents and carers supporting children and young people who may have experienced early trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment difficulties or developmental disruption.

Participants should be able to attend the live online sessions and engage respectfully within a supportive group environment.
